@Riot When will champion quotes inside champion select be fixed?

I really enjoyed the damn quotes every time I played ranked. They made me so get in adrenaline rush.. I mean if people dont like it, you can just add the option to disable it if they want to. 2 patches ago we thought it was a bug and that it will be fixed in next patch, and now patch after patch nothing is happening. Please, Riot bring it back. i really enjoy it and I am League Lore nerd.. so yeah.. Thanks in advance
