Ardent Censer and how to make it less ridiculously overpowered

So, I think we're all aware of how absolutely ridiculous ardent censer is, but I think I have a way to fix it.

Executioner's calling should not only reduce the amount of healing that is done, but is should also reduce the shield amount a player RECEIVES FROM OTHER CHAMPIONS, this will keep those colossus tanks relevant and at the same time make lulu/karma and other champions that are amazing at making an ADCs shield 3x their hp thanks to ardent censer.

It's mainly the fact executioner's calling only affects healing with grievous wounds and not shields yet ardent censer all around improves healing and shields. I think if grievous wounds found its way into also reducing incoming shields from other champions then we'd see those shield spamming supports also be affected as opposed to when a you build executioners against soraka she's deemed useless. Meanwhile Sona giving a shield AND a heal is what is putting her above soraka. That and the obvious amount potential from sona in lane.

It's just a thought...im sure there's some logic behind not doing that..but yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeea
