Think you could look at Frozen Heart + Glacial Shroud Riot? Bump up the stats for higher prices?

I feel like a 3000g with 500 Mana and a 25% Attack Speed slow would have a much more satisfying impact than the current 2700g version.

And maybe look at making Glacial Shroud 1200g and toss in another cloth armor to the recipe so it gives 35 Armor instead of 20, because these items don't feel good to build at all right now since the enemy will just be getting more and more Attack Damage and penetration that makes these pitiful "defense" numbers meaningless unless you have some kind of built in damage reduction ability to boost it.
