2 problems with the shop.

1: Whenever I open the shop it always automaticaly highlights/shows pop-up information on a item despite me not hovering over anything, this is very annoing, please fix it.

2: Whenever the shop is open the player stats show up next to our character portrait, however, half of the stats can't be seen because the shop window is in the way. Cut the stats that can't be seen off the top and place them on the left side of the other stats, that way we don't have to move the shop window off screen to see them. I'm getting really tired of this amuture level design bullshit of yours Riot.
