My initial Impressions with Ivern
This may only be a Silver IV (last season, unranked this year) player talking, but my first impressions of Ivern are pretty good! Granted the one game I did play as him wasn't too great, but it was fun nonetheless. The CC from my Q helped to peel, or to initiate, my W saved me and my team mates. I still don't really know how to use the W effectively yet, but I'll figure it out. As for daisy, I'm still trying to figure out exactly when is the right time to use him, mostly because when I ulted in teamfights, it was usually to try to peel, which I guess doesn't work out cuz I died moments later lol.
One thing I found kinda weird about the passive though was when I got scuttle, and it still costed health. This might be a little nit-picky, but it just feels really weird having health taken from the Scuttle.. Granted the costs is suppose to simulate the replacement of actually being dealt damage by jungle camps, but when anyone else takes scuttle, you're less being dealt damage but using almost twice as much mana for it (unless maybe you use Runic Echoes I guess, but I don't think Ivern procs that on jungle camps). As a suggestion of mine, How about instead of costing health for scuttle, it costs no health but Twice as much Mana? I feel like this is a good option for securing vision without causing as much of a risk of getting killed from doing scuttle.
Anyway, I like Ivern a good bit, and I might try to get better at him. After some consideration, I'm considering this build:

Now Yer probably thinking: Why the Censor? Well with 45 CDR I felt like I was constantly casting Q and E back and forth, and with the shield you give, it'll keep proccing the passive on it, which is nice. I haven't tried it though, but it's 4:30 here so I'm off to bed.
TL:DR - Ivern is fun, maybe change how his passive works on scuttle, go AP and Ardent Censor, G'nite Everybody!
P.S. Hey! I haven't even MENTIONED
in this pos- Damnit!
