Help With Everything PLZ!

Ok, so I've recently been playing ADC a lot and I feel like I haven't been doing that well with it. I haven't played any other positions in a draft match before, so I've never been able to try anything beyond that. So I was wondering if anybody that EXCELS at their position could help me with a basic rundown of what I should do, items to build, champs to play, runes to buy, etc; and if you're in the NA server, you can always add me if you want to give me special pointers.
