Suggestion : Fiddlesticks

Wouldn't it be cool if fiddle sticks had some sort of passive, that made you gain ap the longer you stood still for? I think that would amplify the scarecrow aspect of his design. Maybe something modest, like 1ap + your level, for every 10secs you stand still. To a maximum or, something along those lines.

It would give a lot more use to his kit, as a playmaker rather than a healing jungler. ( in my opinion )
