Armor/magic pen stat?

I might just be really unobservant, but what the heck did they do with your pen stat? I can't find it anywhere. Again, maybe they took that out or maybe I just wasn't looking hard enough, but when I wanted to check to see if my runes were armor or magic pen in game, I had no idea where to look.
