Buff Syndra!

Hello everyone! I just read the patch notes for 8.5 and i was happy to see Jhin getting some love and i'm very excited to try him out after these buffs, but i dont understand how is it OK to make champion unable to do anything for 2 seconds in lategame. What he needs is shorter time on his reload on higher levels. That would make him into an adc, now he is just an AD caster, with horrible dueling ability in lategame. But on to the main topic; has anyone noticed how garbage is Syndra in season 8? There are no runes for her, she has terrible winrate through all divisions and is completely useless before she gets like 4 items. Her Q tickles enemies now, they can basically stand there and laugh at you as you throw dark spheres on them, thats how weak it is right now, i mean Karthus's Q does same amount or even more damage and it has 1 second cooldown! Also her ult had kill potential at level 6, but now random Zed says ooh i have 300hp i should dive this Syndra, tower will hit me once that's 200 damage and she could ult me that's 0 damage so i should live through the dive with 100 hp.... Same goes for every assasin in midlane. Now matchups that used to be easy for Syndra are 3 times harder, because Lux's E with basic does more damage than Syndra's full combo if she doesn't go electrocute which she shouldn't because it has cooldown like flash because of assasins and every other rune from domination is useless on her. Overall former queen of midlane alongside Orianna is now better of not played or maybe i should try to go support and build redemption and locket and maybe just maybe Athene's and somehow rush that cdr for the stuns, because shes is useless in every other way. I mean no one can wait for full build at 35+ minutes.
