Master Yi is OP under level 30

No joke since he has a hard late game carry no one has the runes or skill to take on master yi. I win about 80% of games with him, 20% being my team not being able to do anything. (going like 0/13/0 as ashe, ect.). As long as you have teammates that play safe you win. Some say what about cc since it counters him. Ez grab a and he is unstoppable. Also add a xin top its really broken. I wish I could play the other champs but since runes and masteries cant be maxed till lvl 30 those who dont play yi have a disavantage. Also there seems to be lvl 30s in every game i play now. Current rank is LVL 21.

Is there anyone else that can hyper carry with no masteries or little to?
