@Riot.. What do you think of Zyra's state?

I personally think that she would be more healthy with a 6-seed limit rather than an 8-seed limit because with 8 seeds, she can fend off ganks rather well as well as continue to harrass the lane opponent(s). I think that Zyra needs to be forced to choose between having to disengage or fight it out... Rather than doing both. Also, having 8 plants means that if you get converged on, Zyra can Q-E her forest and then Ult-Zhonya's in the mass of plants that surround her, which absolutely destroy everyone in the area. With 6 seeds, on the other hand, the damage is less oppressive OR there are fewer plants in position to use abilities on.

ALSO I would like to touch on the fact that having this many seeds under an enemy tower can mean tanking up to 8-10 tower shots with plants alone, which also have 8-10 tower shots-worth of time to clear a lane before your minion wave arrives.

Because of these seeds, you can also almost forego sightstones because seeds just happen to spawn in the bushes all the time.
