Soraka's Nerfs

Can you rethink the doubling of her mana costs on W? It costs mana and health, 2 resources. Why gut her completely with 2 sizable nerfs and a minor one?

These changes seem very knee jerk. Some champions (yasuo) are far more powerful yet are left untouch. But Soraka receives multiple nerfs instead of small adjustments. Why not adjust the mastery that broke her in the first place rather than Sejuani-ing her.

Hopefully all her nerfs don't leave PBE.
