Leblanc Potential Fix
Leblanc has been a highly contested pick for a while now after her recent champion rework. As a Leblanc main I felt this power that, according to pretty much everyone, is way too high. I myself have been looking for a way to add a more deceptive playstyle to the champion as her recent W nerfs seem to be step in the right direction. Here I will be suggesting some changes to Leblanc's abilities. Feel free to leave your opinions or your own alternations below
Q: Shatter Orb 100% damage to minions and Increased Q damage
Honestly, there isn't really a point to having the bounce to minion damage lower than normal. Looking further into the suggestions will show context for this change. Because it will be one of her 2 damage spells it should have an increase to either the AP ratio or the Base damage
W: Distortion Dash changed to delayed blink. Remove damage (Still applies and activates passive). Remove snap back delay
Okay yes, this is a stretch but honestly Leblanc doesn't look very deceptive throwing her face at the enemies constantly. I think the W should be more like a wave of Leblanc's hand and then she appears at the target location. I also have taken inspiration from Ravenborn Leblanc's recall animation when she blinks out of existence after her raven flies to her outstretched hand. The channel of the blink should be about as long as the one for Kassadin but more telegraphed in animation (and far less clunky). Removing the damage also applies context for the next ability.
E: Ethereal Chains Hitting E on a target that is afflicted with Leblanc's passive causes the chain break instantly, rooting the target. Does 1 round of increased E damage and passive damage (EX: instead of 120 plus 120 plus root and passive it would be 160 plus root and passive) Increased travel speed.
Leblanc's chain serves as one of her main damage tools allowing you free reign over a shackled target. I feel it should also serve as a skill shot that is rewarded when used correctly and allows you choices in which abilities to cast. With this change it adds the choice to sacrifice damage for time and a quick disable allowing you to set up ganks more effectively. An increase in travel speed would assist in the ability to make these types of plays. I also think leblanc should be able to do long chain plays combining the snap back on w with a well-timed E on a passive-ed target.
Context: W damage should be removed to allow the E and Q to be the main sources of damage Q 100% damage is to make up for the damageless W
R: Mimic RR clone spawn is instant. Clone off basic abilities lasts for 3 seconds. Lower cooldown
I feel skilled Leblanc players should be rewarded for playing their fights well. The RR clone should provide not only initiation and deception from afar, but incombat split second outplays. Casting RR to block an enemy skill shot can provide this which requires instant spawn, much like malzahar's crabs before the nerf. The basic clone should also last enough time to be able to walk around a little bit, 3 seconds minimum in my opinion to add some more deception. Because the W does not do damage i feel a lower cooldown on Mimic will assist in Leblanc's lower damage.
