Udyr as a tank and when to bait teamfights before you lose the game

I like Udyrs jungle speed and hes a powerful tool for getting rid of any mages on the map at the start. Now dragging the game past 35 minutes things change quickly and it is critical that Udyr assesses each player on his team and their needs for peels. Udyr is no longer powerful and his existance as a sole laner ganker shows in teamfights. i think Udyr requires more spread damage to win these teamfights or some kind of huge damage to make a differece in straight up 5v5. anyways i hope people wake up and stop picking udyr until his damage as a tank is improved.
