Veigar on the pbe with balefull strike range increase, WHY ?

Veigar has a fine kit, and i like it the way it is. BUT, yes there is always a but, his event horizon really needs a little update instead of his q.

Maybe it could be cast like a skillshot ? Working the same way as lux lucent singularity, would help a lot with the problem of fast engaging enemies either killing you or simply going out of your stun, yes it is that slow. I dont even need the stun to be reliable, i need the cage itself to be more reliable. Winning because your opponent makes a mistake is not satisfying, good plays are. And it could be possible stun people from the brush instead of the .5sec warning no matter the distance or even point blank.

and please getting caged should count towards proccing thunderlords ;)

Any input is welcome, and these are just ideas so dont hate just bring some better ones :)

And ofc im thinking of fixed distance on the event horizon
