Trollers

So me and my friend were duo q'ing tonight and we got matched up with the player (unnamed). This man simply stated he was going to troll no matter what, and did just that. He autolocked zac, stole mid, had summoners clairvoyance and clarity, and constantly tower dived at level 3. Enemy laner was legendary by 10 minutes. It got to the point where my team agreed to let the enemy team win, and just let them come blow up our nexus before 20 minutes. He made the game horrible for everyone, and made it the worst ranked game I have ever played. After the game, he added my friend, and continued to harass him, making several racial comments. One such comment was (unnamed): heat up oven put jews in i got the cass in my game now time 4 feed. Players like this make the game thoroughly horrible for both sides. What I propose is that there be a system where a team can vote to say if the enemy team was at an unfair advantage, such as 1 afk, or a troller. As the system is now, there are people that can easily ruin the game, and make it no fun at all, and take away the competitive aspect of ranked. I know one comment from a silver ranked payer is not going to cause an update in the next couple of patches, but I wanted to throw the idea out there, to see if maybe you guys could toy with an idea like that. It would be greatly appreciated of riot could put some time into their busy schedules to figure out some way to deal with trollers, who ruin the game. Thank you sincerely, Just a silver duo que
