Is the health after minion deaths gonna come back on coin? I dont really care about the mana, the whole thing that made soraka good was because of the health you get from it now you get none

I just played with it as a Soraka main myself and I think it's really powerful and brings her towards the top again in terms of the meta.
The updates overall are in her favor as far as I can tell. As Soraka you generally shouldn't be lacking in the health department early game.
Remember W is still on a high cooldown, so you won't be constantly healing at this stage. Instead you should be putting out Q's every chance you get. The mana allows you to harass more and stay relevant in lane. Soraka's problem is her laning phase.
The issue I had with her is she could put you and your ADC way behind in certain situations because she runs out of mana so quickly and you just can't stay behind your ADC and heal in this environment bot. She's supposed to be powerful late game, and that item gives you a powerful perk to combat her lackluster laning.
