@Riot: Scaling flat armor pen into the late game is a bad idea.

Why? Because we'll be back where we started before you guys made lethality in the first place. How? Here's how:

The point of lethality was to make flat armor pen a bit less frustrating early on, but a bit more useful for intended users later. Before, all the pen was upfront and marksmen abused this to run over the game way earlier than intended. Now, some of the value is held, but Riot's been adding more and more pen, which means, by proxy, we're steadily returning to a point where the mid game's looking like it did before you even made lethality in the first place, complete with the same abuse cases like MF and Jhin.

Assassins are mid game carries. Make lethality cater to that, and then apply other ways to give assassins purpose later in the game. Giving more and more lethality puts us at a point either similar or worse in comparison to standard flat pen. Like who cares about one measily on-hit when MF's ignoring everyone's armor in a multi-hit ult?

Short version: Stop pumping numbers into lethality, or we'll continue to return to square one. Assassins are gonna need something else that caters to them, not just flat pen.
