Kled hasn't been in the f2p rotation since 8 months
For some people this might only be a minior problem but I think it's just dumb when some champs are f2p twice during a month or so and well....than there is kled

Good, keep him out of it.
Its sorta a cycle. Champs dont go on f2p because there not popular. There not popular because people dont get to f2p him. Although he jumped a bit because of lcs.
its the same situation with old yorick newer players find that kled is annoying to play against so unless he gets a rework or newer plays opinions all shift at the same time he will stay out of it
