Edge of Night

is absolutely broken. It is a free kill for an assassin every 30 seconds against most AP mid-laners that rely on CC ( ,,, ,,, ). I mostly play champions like this in the mid lane.

I don't see why Riot thinks they are revitalizing assassins with this item by making certain mages completely unplayable and not viable in the next season.

Because TF has only two damaging spells he is incredibly weak and relies on timely stuns and poking. Twisted Fate ALREADY struggles against assassin mid laners, and with the added ability to ignore gold card every 30 seconds I honestly cannot see any place for champions like ,, in the next season.

Riot has previously stated that they don't want entire champions to be easily countered by a single item, in fact the entire reason for the rework of stealth mechanics was because they didn't want champions like rengar to be completely countered by something as simple as a pink ward. This broken, over-powered item is a step in the complete wrong direction and if it makes it through the preseason it will inevitably result in many of my beloved mid lane champions completely losing their playability against assassins.

This is not a rant or complaining, this is feedback and I want to know what other people think.
