**Goals: **

  • Give her back a bit of lane control with her q (help her cs and better mana/damage ratio) while doing a partial revert on her Q Ap scaling (its damage is the lowest its ever been (post release buff)).
  • Give her a better access to her spells mid/late game (via W mana cost)
  • Use this opportunity to bring her baseline access to her ultimate's damage back to pre MYMU

Buffs Q damage: 50/95/140/185/230 (+65% Ability Power) --> 55/100/145/190/235 (+70% Ability Power) --------- Note: This is mostly to (ever so slightly) help her cs levels 1-3 and give her a better mana/damage ratio, while doing a partial revert of its Ap ratio nerf W mana cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana --> 60/65/70/75/80 Mana _--------- Note: Having 80 mana per Q cost is a good thing because it ties in with the windows of opporunity for her ult, but having such a high mana cost on her W makes her just go oom too often. _

Nerf Passive Q: Dark Sphere Sphere's lifetime is increased to 8 seconds --> Sphere's lifetime is increased to 8 seconds if it hits an enemy champion -------- If Syndra misses all her Qs, her ultimate will do the same amount of damage it did pre MYMU, but the good thing is she'll still have a better potential for 7 sphere ults (if she hits enemy champions with her Q) than pre MYMU
