the new Remake is not working

alright so my complaint is that the new Remake system is pointless and it doesn't really help with dealing with trolls, while the numbers have decreased from people jumping into a game and never connecting resulting in a 4v5 thats great, but what about the devoted troll people who just connect wait till the 3 minute mark has passed and then leave which has happened to me atleast 5 times in the last week alone (ranked btw). and then guess what we still have a 4v5. and dont get me started on people who purposely leave the game midway just to ruin it.
