So with the new honor system, are key fragment drops based on your honor? Like one day I played and got honored allot, and the next morning i got a message saying GG<3 heres a reward or something like that and got 2 of them. Is it the more honor filled games u get, the more frags you get?

Quick answer: Nope. It is based around the games played (think of old system but now you get them not only in end game screen on win). If you played all weekend long and return after that you can be suprised by a plesant reward. You don't need to be honorable or to do something special to get keys. If you have Honor 2 or higher you get key fragments periodically and randomly, it's no longer tied to your matches as long as your honor is at the required level. If you drop to Honor 1 or lower you will no longer receive key fragments until your honor level returns to 2+
