Seriously wtf happen i use to enjoy ranked teams creating ur own team name and tag and showing some team spirit together but riot deprived me and my friends of that. Im sure riot is losing more than it is gaining. makes me just wanna quit

Dynamic queue happened. I think it still works for ranked 3s, not sure though. They haven't told us yet where they'll move the victorious wards to now either.
