Should slows affect dash speed?

While some might argue the definition of a "dash" is to go fast (gotta go fast!) and thus be left untouched, I'd like to bring up an idea to make slows affect dashing speed akin to Kalista being slowed. Thematically the logic is sound but I don't know if that would be unhealthy for gameplay, what with the prevalence of slows and all.

When I saw a LoL reddit thread, a comment bringing up hyper mobility (+damage +utility), it made me wonder. I pondered and came up with this possible solution? Is a dash a "get out of jail (slow) free" card since you can still create the distance even during the duration of the slow effect?

kalistas dash during one of her nerf barrages were changed to be effected by slows. which basically fucked over her kiting. trust me this is a bad change. and is one reason why shes feels so clunky at times. all you do is make champions clunky and unresponsive. at that point a dash becomes a self-stun.

It should effect the distance

Yasuo's dashes work this way, with more speed his dashes are faster with the inverse being true

Yeah, why not make Nasus even stronger and harder to outplay than he already is.

such big general changes will effect the whole meta in a bad way because theres will be a balance change for every champ with a dash or a slow (or anyone that boost movespeed i guess)

and theres tons of those and for sure some dashers will become pure garbo (like rakan) while some will become super broken (Nasus as someone pointed)

a dash is kinda meant to be like that though

some champs dash's are so short for example Ekko and then the other part of it is an Instant Blink. There is no way to balance a slow in this, but its not like he is going far with the initial part anyway. Then there are jumps like Tristana or a blink like Ezreal which work even when CC is applied. So as of not I am going to say this would be bad only because the game has been "balanced" around these things and it would make the game so difficult to adjust to and probably a lot of unintended deaths would occur.

While I hate mobility, it also contains dashes in the definition, I think it will affect gameplay TOO much, like so many champions will be nerfed and need to rebalanced. Plus these slows will allow more reaction time and in some server like Korea, they will be next to useless, because by the time someone dashes being slowed you can react (not predict!) and stun/root/flash e.t.c
