Ranking system what can Riot do?

This is just my opinion and some of the people throughout league that I know of. Rank has gotten harder in season 9. What can Riot do so Rank can be better? people who are silver and bronze last season gets placed in gold/plat. it makes it harder for those who actually were gold or plat to be playing with people that tilts so easily making many people who worked hard to get into whatever rank they were last season drop down dramatically.

honestly I think its kind of weird for us to be having different lanes as a tier also. example, you want to play mid or support, you get placed as top because that was your TOP tier in game played, either if you choose mid or sup as your role during QUE selection. [sg-poppy]
