Eve's stealth detection needs to scale down

The radius is bit too big for only getting stealth at lvl 6.. the stealth on old eve was okay because the time to go back into stealth, that CD scaled with her lvl, i dont think she even has that unique scaling now i would like her scaling to start at lvl 6 and get up too 20% smaller by lvl 11. It honesty feels like a majority of her power budget is hosted by her ultimate. Her passive could use more power. Also this is the third post i mention this but getting stealth at lvl 6 just feels terrible in general too many missed opportunities pre 6.

ALSO she doesn't nearly have the map pressure as old eve you cant pop W anymore to get around, at least give her more movement speed within stealth.
