Why do mythical skins (loot exclusive skins) not have new VO's?

The loot exclusive skins, while super cool looking they don't have any new voice overs. It's just lame in my opinion. Riot values them higher then legendary skins in there rarity 520 > 750 > 975 > 1350 (epic) > 1820 (legendary > Mythical > Ultimate.

I think that they should be treated as legendary skins. new voice overs and everything. cause if you aren't lucky and get a skin shard for them they cost like 100 bucks or A LOT of waiting to get a hold of one. I would rather buy a legendary skin over any mythical skin any day. Who else agrees with me?

It's very simple, most of the community will never be able to get those skins. It takes a lot of money, time, and resources to make the stuff for 1820 + skins. As such selling them through RP is more efficient than the loot boxes to get their money back and then some.

Not everyone can spend $200+ on crates, and even then very few will be getting Gemstones to turn into those skins.
