In regards to Stormrazor and LoL, I think we just need to stop handing out free frontloaded damage.

Because the more we GIVE in Passives to anyone capable of using an item's stats efficiently - the more we create a blur between how classes/champions were designed to function at their core.

Frankly, this is getting old.
