Lucian Crit interactions
@Riot wants ADCs to have more crit interactions, but spells being able to crit is no bueno due to how strong it can be in many circumstances. Sivir's W couldn't crit, they tested ZAP! (Jinx W) critting, I dont think Mystic Shot crits (but can apply crits, of course.) etc.
But then you have interactions like Tryndamere and Miss Fortune. (Tryndamere's E cooldown is reduced by critical strikes, Miss Fortune's Q fully crits and Ult crits for 20% bonus damage per wave) I think they said Lucian could get some Crit interaction to be more viable and healthy without risking him abusing solo laner AD items and getting out of hand. Again.
I thought about something of a mini-rework. Not really rework, but a large number of changes

I didn't intend every change, but the intention is that he relies on Reaver + IE to scale, and removing the early power from his passive while keeping his damage profile around the same if he picks up an early
