Riot: please let us have realistic test dummies in Practice Tools

I want to test out builds to see which ones I like the feel of.

aka, their damage potential, damage windows, etc.

Which, the practice dummies in current Practice Tools are actually generally useless for.

please allow us to somehow adapt their resistences and healths.

perhaps just let us spawn a few enemy bots that stand still and are literal champs and we can set their levels and items.
