I'm Pretty Sure It Is Not Just Me But New Runes Seem Way Too Strong On Akali

Mark of the assassin + sudden impact + electrocute + gunblade makes her able to one shot nearly any enemy champion. Then on top of that it is impossible to run away from her and twilight shroud makes her very hard to kill. It feels the only way to counter her is to try to beat her in the lane and postpone her building gunblade as much as possible. However, unless the enemy surrenders early that gunblade is eventually going to get built then she just wins the game without contest or counter play even if she was 1/7/0 or something similar before that point. The only time my team has been able to kill an Akali in the late game is when we cc chained the hell out of her, but that is just one Akali! at that point she has her whole team to either prevent her from dying or just follow up and ace us because we blew everything on one Akali. I don't even think it is really Akali's fault either she seems fairly balanced, the main problem is that the domination runes synergize with her far too perfectly then gunblade on top of that. I am not the best as far as "theorycrafting" goes so if anyone has advice on what to do about her I would appreciate it. Till then I feel like I gotta start auto-banning her until they fiddle with runes a bit.
