For once, the balance team is doing right. Thanks, whoever's in charge of Poppy.

So, back when Poppy was new (her rework, anyway), no one could play her well. As per Riot's usual methods, they overbuffed her to the max -- so much so that she became pick/ban in LC$. They were looking into how to nerf her, and I suggested nerfing her W passive, since that was the cause of most of her issues. Well, they never did, but instead nerfed everything else.

Now, we're getting some of those nerfs undone (E range buff is so nice), and they nerfed her W passive so they had some room to work in. She still doesn't have her auto reset, but Poppy's getting better. So, thanks, whoever's in charge of Poppy. ^^
