is there another way to get more movement speed items similar to boots of swiftness?

boots of swiftness seems to be the only one of its kind i was hoping for another ap item with slow resist

the reason i mention that is because 1.orianna has no defense bars so she is not capable of buying any magic resist items 2.there really isnt any slow resist items besides magic resist items

if i am wrong about these two points please let me know

i think it could really be balanced but at the same time i can see why it would be 'broken' if realeased but to be comepletely honest, i tried it in game to see if i could live without it but it really cant haha so it is quite balanced since i have to waste an item space to buy the boots

if you have the time to watch the whole thing please pay close attention to when i sell boots of swiftness late game to try and counter it with another item but i think i ended up dying haha

this is a custom game so there should not be any other variables in the game affecting the results of my experiment

please comment on whether you think another item like boots of swiftness would be nice as well

to clarify i just want another item that is not magic resist or a defense item so i can build it for slow resist it can be for anything but defense haha (ex:health/armor/magic resist related items)
