Riot please fix the force remake feature

I hate the system so much, between que dodges and Remakes (which are super easy to be abused) it takes a longer period then ever to truly start a game. The system is easily abused and the penalty for the guys who quit out to force a remake is to small a price paid for leaving the game. Riot please return league back to what it once was.
