Eventual balancing idea for Ekko
Put a reverted version of the W's on-hit passive to Q and R to proc still based on the target's missing health This might help him poke on lane making every hitting Q's count when actually they're just giving momentum to minions only allowing them to chunk a small amount of hp if and only if the opponent started harassing the laning Ekko.
I hope it was understandable (if not I apologize for the poor english) and doesn't look so dumb to you, that's the only solution I came up with in order to avoid reverting back to the Tank Ekko's nerf and still allow him to be decent in the 10 first minutes instead of being invisible on lane for a given amount of time.
