Fix your goddamn ranked servers and the ability to get out of bronze

I join a ranked game and as soon as i join it crashes. this is not all the time but it happens some times and not just to me but it happens to my friends too. Also make it easier to get out of bronze. You make it so that when we lose a bunch of games in a row and then win we get less lp which is dumb i think you should make it raise and lower at a constant rate (preferably raise more than it lowers)
