Sneak Mouse

Hi, I was wondering if anybody has played the sneak mouse on PBE yet. Most people saying changes are a nerf, but I was wondering how he actually plays out on PBE. Feel free to comment if you: -Have a valid, backed up opinion on Sneak Mouse (after marksman update) -Have playtested him on PBE
