Trading Skins & Accessories

Personally, I believe that trading skins and accessories should be a reality. Say you really like the way a skin looks, so you buy the champion so you can get the skin. But when you try to play that champion in game, you find that you aren't very good at that champion. So now you are stuck with the skin and you have lost money or orange essence in the process. I think this would be a lot easier to remedy by introducing a trading program into League. Plus, this way you don't have to burn through one of your refunds to get your money back.
