@riot, When can we expect to see dialogue/changes for the marksman?

^ title. As a bot lane main, it's getting really stale seeing Jinx, Vayne and If those two are either picked/banned, Tristana. What are the plans for the marksman rework? Will there be new items added or would it be more likely to see an item like Zephyr reworked into an ADC item? Will being able to attain the 40% CDR cap be a reality for ADCS? I have tons of questions and I know most of them won't be answered, but as somebody who plays ADC very frequently, I want to know what to expect come the eventual marksman rework.
