S on Xayah

I main Xayah, she is my favourite champion. I spent a few months trying to grind an S with no avail. I finally got a score worthy of an S and it turned out to be an A-. I was 24/3/8 with 200+ farm. Today I played with someone else in ARAM. They ended with 17/3/16 with only 80 farm. They got an S-.

I enjoy League and I want to coninue to make Xayah Level 7, but its hard when it seems like I get cheated out of my S tokens when I succeed. I really wish to talk to a Rioter to Understand why I didn't get an S, not even and S- with that score, becuase I feel cheated out of the token.
