Optimal Shroom Placement
The introduction of control wards just makes shrooms placement all the more important. It is a time for little diablo worshippers to maximize the worth of their placement. The control ward reveals and disables traps within a 900 unit radius. An enemy can purchase up to 3 control wards to hunt your shrooms. To discourage the enemy from spamming control wards, Teemo needs to put shrooms 900 units apart. This is about an area the size of drag pit. This way the enemy will spend 225 gold to disable 3 shrooms.
When will a bitch throw down a control ward? in the typical places people usually search for wards, like the bush right beside wraith(and almost any other bush), when someone goes to take an objective like baron or drag, and when they step on a shroom in a lane.
Solution placement: put shrooms about 900 units apart. put shrooms in places people may not expect, like in front of a bush instead of right in it. when protecting any objective(especially baron since this is the most critical moment for shrooms to be on point) put the shrooms where people will likely walk to contest the objective, and remember to keep the shrooms 900 units apart. This way shrooms will not be useless.
TL;DR Combat of the control ward and other new trap revealing tools are going to separate the weak Teemo players from the true assholes. For Teemo players to survive this time we must place shrooms intelligently. We can't just bitch about this and expect Riot to spare Teemo from this. He's been in a really nice spot all season and he actually got some buffs through masteries and his passive classified as 'invisible'. It's a matter of maximizing Teemo's strengths and minimizing his weaknesses if you're gonna win with him.
