I don't understand your logic Riot
You want Azir to keep his late game dps mage theme/gameplay, and the shuriman shuffle, but ultimately seem to be of the opinion that those cannot live together in harmony. Except you're completely ignoring his early game burst. Now I don't know what statistic you are looking at, but here's my 2 cents as an Azir main since his introduction. His Q deals too much damage, and allows Azir to chunk, poke, and burst early game when he not only has no business doing those things early, but very little if any late game (where it's EVEN STRONGER THAN EARLY). To back it up, Azir players have ALWAYS, ever since HIS INTRODUCTION, maxed his Q FIRST. Now for a champion whose completely centered around his W, doesn't this seem odd? Furthermore, the last time we had an 'Azir Fiasco', he was only tamed AFTER HIS Q WAS NERFED.
Honestly after the first disaster of nerfing his E, Passive, and his W, i thought you would have learned something. To my disgust, you LITERALLY MADE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN. Oh and here's the kicker. Even after ALLLLLLLL THIS. Azir players (the few of us left), are STILL MAXING Q FIRST.
Again I don't know what data you are looking at but it must be worth sharing.
