Remake option is not a solution to the problem of AFK'ers and harms innocent players in the process

I was prompted to write this post after being unjustifiably punished by the Remake system. Because Riot's patching is STILL not optimal, my first ranked match crashed, resulting in a loss of LP and being marked as leaver by Remake. I don't want to even imagine how many times Remake option has harmed innocent players this way. On the other hand, it does not deal with Ragequitters at all. When is Riot going to fix these problems?

Looking at what happens with and without remake, this isn't even a debate, remake is better.

Without remake 10 people would have wasted their time, 5 for a free win and 5 for a free loss thanks to someone having to repair their client.

With remake only 1 person takes a loss, and the others move on to actually playing fair games.

4 additional incident players would have been punished if not for remake. You can argue it's Riot's fault, but it would have been their fault either way. Remake minimalizes casualties.

Just yesterday I was playing and I had to alt-tab to check on something I was doing on my browser while in the loading screen, when I decided to go back to the game (a few seconds later) I noticed it crashed, the system asked me to close and I said yes then I received a message saying I was gonna be punished for leaving the game, like seriously the game crashed... what was I supposed to do? I closed the game and tried to log in like 10 times but it won't let me in.

When I finally made it the game was over, so yeah I know how you feel.

And the remake system is a joke, you have 60 secs to decide to remake or not and some people click no just for fun? Sometimes people leave but we don't get the player disconnected message so the remake system won't work.

Even DotA has a working leave system, if your teammate leaves then you can go ahead and leave too without being punished, the rest of your team can decide to play 3v5 or leave as well.

If you crash during load. You still have a few min to reconnect before remake vote. But if you reconnect late then you will only hurt your team being so far behind already. I support remake feature.
