No sustain anymore

I feel like sustain is an issue these days. The crystalline Flask is gone but now we have the Hunters potion which is ok(unless u pop all 5 right before a major team fight to sustain the whole team fight and hope you survive). We can't have a flask and regular potions anymore instead we live or die with just the flask to start the game.
Is it just me or do other people early on into the game instant back to get this if you start with these and/or if you do also start machete with instead of their upgraded jungle item the 2nd tier one not the completed jungle item, so you can sustain in the jungle instead of power farming while your team gets destroyed.
I just feel like this game is really just turning into Mortal Kombat now no sustain no mana or Hp sustian just kills that matters now.
Bring back the TRUE Flask and the ability to have flask and potions also PLEASE some champions need a real item to be viable some champions can't just get and win their lanes. Some need to sustain for a bit to get a reasonable item to do anything and now with towers feel like cardboard their lane phase is done once its gone.
All N' ALL I feel like playing champions like and others with fury or with some other name for it are the only viable options now.
