@Riot: Is there any interest in creating an "Abathur"-style Champion?

Abathur is one of the quirkiest heroes you'll find in any MOBA, as he does not directly fight. Instead, he manipulates the entire battlefield using his skillset, while planting himself in a hiding spot to create Locusts to push a lane. He requires a LOT of situational awareness and proper mechanics, but in skilled hands he can overwhelm an enemy team by pushing them on multiple fronts, or supply his teammates with useful utility.

I'm sure the tech to make an Abathur in League would be really hard to get working, but if tech weren't an issue, would there be any interest in it?
