Old Twitch (Q) Needs to Come Back

I dislike the current Q twitch has. Since it is detectable by enemy champions it has become obsolete, rendering the main power of Twitch useless. Sure any Twitch main or player can be a beast at him but his detection radius should be either taken away and reverting back to its old rework. Or Drop the radius of his detection.

Seriously, how can he be sneaky sneaky sneaky if his (Q) is detectable?

In that case, make Evelynn go stealth too instead of camouflage.
