Dodge queue timers.

If someone is to dodge a queue I don't believe that there should be a punishment timer. This is a feature that punishes people who are traditionally being punished which is why they dodge. If someone dodges there is usually a reason behind it whether it be something going on in their personal lives or someone banned the new champ that they both wanted to play but you got first pick. I don't quite comprehend why I should be punished for leaving a queue when my two month old starts crying. This is a feature that has bugged me for years. I completely understand that it is quite annoying when you have to wait longer for a match because you get dodge after dodge. I also understand that there is in fact a number of games you are given as a grace period before you actually begin to be punished but please tell me when I have a child that wakes up and cries 4-5 times throughout the night (which is primarily when i get game time) and day what are my priorities supposed to be? I will always put him before a game but why should I be punished for this. Please do something to fix this!!
