Has anyone else experienced midlane towers on bot side and inhib towers on bot side acting weird?

Mid tower on bot side of map is bugged. It shoots randomly at times and is much slower than normal. Has happened a few games for me. But only on bot side of map. My ping is fine, 32 usually, and even the other players in the game were commenting on how the tower was acting super weird. Does anyone else notice this?
