One small thing about Zilean

Now I won't say he is perfect but he is probably my favorite support to play as, I don't know why though yet I love to play as him, he is far from the greatest having a vary of problems but if possible I would like to propose a small change, would it be possible to make his Q throw work some what like Zigg's Q, not in the sense that it would bounce but more in the sense that if I throw my bomb farther from its cast range it would instead of Zilean running to the spot to throw it, he would instead just throw it from its max range. I feel, as a rank 5 with Zilean make him easier to play as well as making his skill shot (note his only offensive spell) and stun also easier to hit. would this be ok Riot?
